Learning Words on Memrise can add up to two points to your score.     Grammar:  Material from the second half of the semester will be emphasized but grammar from the midterm will be included as well.  Page 99 (present perfect continuous)  Page 101 (yet, already)  Page 109 (Modals of speculation) Page 111 (-ed vs -ing adjectives) Pages 119 & 121 (simple past passive) Speaking Tasks Speakers' Corner Topics Table Talk Topics Prepared Speakers Corner and Table Talk With your partner, choose one speakers corner topic. Have someone else record your conversation about that topic (at least 3 minutes) Individually choose a table talk topic. If you’d like to choose a different topic, check with Jeff to see if it’s OK. Have someone else record you speaking about that topic (1-2 minutes). Both videos should be recorded standing up. Upload both videos to the class Band by December 11. Make sure audio is clear. Prepare but DO NOT memorize. I will be glad to help you prepare during the option week#15 class. Impromptu Speakers Corner and Table Talk After the written quiz, you will each be given a table talk topic. You and your partner will have 10 minutes to record each other’s videos and upload them to the Band. You will then return to the classroom. You and your partner will then be given a speaker's corner topic and grouped with another pair of partners. You will have 20 minutes to record and upload your conversations. What I’m looking for..
